Josie’s Room at The Beetson Hotel Brisbane is an elegant and contemporary function space to host your special event, wedding, or conference. Featuring 12 exquisite crystal chandeliers, the room is framed by fully retractable floor-to-ceiling glass, providing natural light and fresh air. An exclusive use, all-weather deck is also adjacent to Josie’s Room.

Josie’s Room can be combined with Michael’s Room (Level One) to allow extra space for breakout areas, fundraising/auction showcases, or to cater to pre/post-event requirements.

Josie’s Room caters for events with up to 450 guests cocktail (stand-up), or 336 guests sit-down (oval tables). Sit-down events can be configured using a choice of either oval, round, or rectangular-shaped tables. Our events specialists can guide you on the best choice, depending on your total number of guests, event style, and other items required in your floor plan.

MICHAEL’S ROOM

Located on Level One, Michael’s Room is ideal for cocktail events, sit-down events, meetings, and conferences. Accessed by lift or grand staircase, the room features floor-to-ceiling glass windows providing plenty of natural light. The windows are also fully retractable to allow guests to enjoy fresh air and the beautiful Brisbane climate.
There is an all-weather terrace off the room which overlooks Caxton Street and a private bar within the room. A standout feature is the private access to The Beetson Hotel, allowing your VIPs or event organisers to make a prompt guest appearance and exit, and also providing a private space (hotel suite) for media interviews.

The VIP Deck at The Beetson Hotel comprises both an upper and lower section, providing a flexible, private space while still being close to all the action.
The outdoor weather-proof deck provides elevated views over popular Caxton Street, with lounge seating for cocktail style or tables for sit-down events.

The VIP Deck caters for events with up to 50 guests cocktail (stand-up), or 30 guests sit-down. Sit-down events on the upper level are best configured using rectangular-shaped tables, while the lower section provides more flexibility.
