Wedding Enquiry Competition – Terms & Conditions

The Beetson Hotel is offering couples the chance to win a dining experience for two at Beetson Bar & Restaurant, valued at $150. By submitting a wedding enquiry through our website, you will automatically be entered into the draw. A winner will be selected every four months throughout 2025, giving you multiple chances to win while exploring the perfect venue for your special day.

Terms & Conditions

Competition Period

  • The competition begins on 13th March 2025 and runs throughout the year.
  • Draws will take place every four months, with the first winner drawn at the end of April 2025.

Entry & Eligibility

  • Entry is open to individuals who submit a wedding enquiry through The Beetson Hotel’s website.
    Only one entry per couple is permitted.
  • Employees of The Beetson Hotel, 1834 Hotels, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Prize Details

  • Each winner will receive a dining experience for two at Beetson Bar & Restaurant, valued at $150.
  • The prize is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
  • The prize must be used within six months of the draw date and is subject to availability.

Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be drawn at random at the end of April, August, and December 2025.
  • The winner will be notified via email or phone within seven days of the draw.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, a new winner may be drawn.

Privacy & Marketing Consent

  • By entering, participants consent to being contacted by The Beetson Hotel and 1834 Hotels regarding their enquiry, wedding services, and marketing updates.
  • Personal information collected will be used solely for competition administration and marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

General Conditions

  • The Beetson Hotel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time.
  • The competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
